How we can work together

Three engagement models. One standard of involvement.

Project

A defined scope with a defined outcome — a strategy, a valuation, a transaction, a recovery.

Retainer

Ongoing counsel in a monthly rhythm. A standing seat at the table, with written reporting.

Interim

An executive seat held for a defined period — when the company needs a leader now.

Pachira US LLC is registered in Orlando, FL, and works with clients internationally. Every engagement starts the same way — a conversation, then a short, paid strategic diagnosis.

FAQ

How the practice works

The questions most clients ask before the first conversation. Still have one? Ask directly.

Owners, boards and investors — from founder-led companies to capital groups and their portfolio companies. Engagements can cover a client's affiliated companies as well.

With a conversation. If there is a fit, the usual first step is a paid strategic diagnosis — two to three weeks of focused work that ends with a written view of where you stand and a clear recommendation.

Three: a defined project, an ongoing retainer with a monthly rhythm and written reporting, or an interim executive role for a defined period.

The partner. Pachira US is deliberately not a pyramid of junior consultants — the person you meet in the first conversation is the person who does the work.

Working under NDA is the default. Most references, names and figures are shared privately in conversation — with permission — rather than published on a website.

Pachira US LLC is registered in Orlando, Florida, and works with clients internationally — recent and past work spans the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Everything starts with a conversation.

No pitch and no obligation — a direct conversation with the partner about where your company stands and what would actually help.
